Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Delivery times are estimated at 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express shipping, depending on your location.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
